NAA Air Crew Card

What is a Crew Card?

The National Aeronautic Association Air Crew Card is an internationally accepted, pilot photo ID that can open the door to crew discounts on hotel rooms, meals, rental cars and more.

The Air Crew Card measures 2-7/8" wide x 4-5/8" tall and comes with a clip to attach to flight bag or clothing.

The NAA Air Crew Card is only available to United States licensed pilots who are current members of NAA or an affiliated Air Sport Organization.

To obtain yours, simply download and complete the PDF application (pdf 57k) in this section, print and mail with a recent head shot photo (image must have been taken within the last year and fit in a window measuring 1-1/2" wide x 1-3/4" high), photo copy of your pilot certificate, photo copy of your driver's license, and appropriate payment to NAA.  (Applications can not be processed without photo, copies of both documents, and payment.)
